A Calla Lily or Death Lily is a symbol of death.


Leaves can be confused with wild onions. Found in America and Siberia. It's fatal to humans and animals. Symptoms start with burning lips and grow to slow heart beat, low temperature, coma and finally death.

Reply:I don't think there is a "worse flower" b/c if someone was to give you flowers at all it usually means that they care about you and took the time to pick something to give you, so it should be appreciated and as the old saying goes "it's the thought that counts" and even if you don't like it, common courtesy says you should at least pretend not to hurt their feelings.
Reply:I don't know which has the worst meaning (I don't think any really do), but personally, the Venus Fly Trap would be a pretty horrible flower to give someone.
